Product Details 
Aluminium Float Glass Mirror are coated with double paint. Mirrors are produced through vacuum coating, I. E. let the melt aluminum splash on the clear float glass surface in the vacuum chamber, and then coated with two layers of protective paint.
We control mirror and glass quality according to ISO 9001.2008 International quality managerment system , and inpects each piece of Aluminum mirror deliveried to our customer, and guarantee glass mirror quality are qualified and well packed. We will inpect each piece of mirror, and make sure there will be no such defects on our mirrors as black dot, bubbles, scratches,etc.

Tempered glass is produced by heating annealed glass in a furnace to 620C° Progressing from the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled with jets of cold air, inducing compressive stresses to the surface while the center remains tensile. The result is fully tempered glass 4-5 times stronger than annealed glass of equal thickness.Tempered glass is widely used in our daily life, such as bathroom doors, tea table tops, glass doors and windows of various buildings, car side windows and so on.Considering the characteristics of tempered glass, glass size should be confirmed before making production. Once tempered glass size is confirmed, tempered glass can not be made mechanical treatment any more, otherwise, it will be broken. If breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not threatening to humans.
